CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a one-night charge as a penalty for no-show.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
Please call the hotel directly at 718-445-3300 and reference OUA Annual Convention to receive the group discount rate.

All reservations must be secured with a first-night room deposit.

Be sure to mention the group name when booking.
BOOKING DEADLINE:
The deadline to reserve rooms at the discounted group rate is April 21, 2026.
TRANSPORTATION
AIRFARE DISCOUNT:
For flights, please book directly with your preferred airline. The recommended airports are LaGuardia Airport (LGA),, which offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue, or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

All adverts should be print ready, and in WORD, JPEG or PDF format. Payment for adverts can be done via Offot Ukwa website, or paid directly to Offot Ukwa bank account via Zelle using ID: Offotukwatreasurer@gmail.com Receipts of all payments should be sent to above mentioned members for record and confirmation purposes. No ads will be printed without a confirmed payment.
